With AutoShip, there are no lock-in contracts, or hidden terms and conditions. You can choose to cancel, pause, swap or edit your AutoShip subscriptions at any time, for no cost. You can easily manage your AutoShip subscriptions by logging into your Pet Chemist account on our website or contacting customer service.

The AutoShip Best Price Guarantee means that you will never pay more than the current price on our website. If we publish a cheaper price in the 7 days prior to your AutoShip order, due to a limited time promotion, for example, then we will apply that lower price to your order.

You will be charged for future AutoShip orders based on your selected delivery frequency. We will send you a reminder email, containing details of your upcoming AutoShip order four days before the order is scheduled to be placed and payment collected. You can always check future AutoShip orders by logging into your Pet Chemist account on our website or contacting customer service.

To manage your upcoming AutoShip deliveries, just login to your Pet Chemist account and select “Subscriptions” from the sub menu. Under “Upcoming Shipments” you see each product in the relevant delivery where you can edit the product quantity and delivery frequency. You can also click the following options:

• Cancel Subscription - to remove this product from all future deliveries and from your account
• Pause Subscription - remove and pause this product, and add it to later deliveries
• Remove Item From Order - to remove the item from this delivery only

To manage your upcoming AutoShip deliveries, just login to your Pet Chemist account and select “Subscriptions” from the sub menu. Under “Upcoming Shipments” you can select to change the date or skip that particular shipment. If you need that shipment soon, you can also select “Ship Now” to push your order through ASAP. Please note our AutoShip orders are billed once daily, if you need your AutoShip shipment urgently, then please contact customer service via live chat.

Yes! There are no lock in contracts, you are free to cancel anytime. Cancellations can be done by yourself via computer at any time you like, no need to contact us.

At the point of subscribing to an Autoship product you will be charged for the first delivery, just like any other normal order. Then based on your delivery frequency selection you'll be charged again at that set delivery frequency. Keep in mind you are in total control, with our online system you can skip, pause and delay and deliver with ease. And of course there are no lock in contracts, you are free to cancel anytime.

In the current climate of high inflation, occasionally we do need to pass on price increases on certain products. The price of any subscribed products is always available to see within your Account and you’ll be advised of all upcoming charges before they are processed.

In the event that shipping was not added to your subscription at the time of purchase, it may be added ahead of your next delivery. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your delivery and the postcode.

You will notice on the shopping cart that only one delivery frequency can be selected. To select more than one AutoShip frequency you will need to place two separate orders - one for one delivery frequency (for example, every 4 weeks) and one for another delivery frequency (for example, every 8 weeks).
